Made for More is hosting a Power Soccer World Cup Watch Party as Team USA takes on Australia in the opening match of the 2026 FIPFA Powerchair Football World Cup in Buenos Aires Argentina.

Join us for an afternoon of power soccer, food, community, and cheering on Team USA — while helping support the growth of power soccer here in Connecticut.

Introducing Connecticut Riptide Power Soccer Club — Connecticut’s newest power soccer club and a program of Made for More Inc.

We’re building something new in Connecticut: a team where wheelchair users can compete, develop, mentor, and belong.

CT Riptide will compete through the United States Power Soccer Association (USPSA), with opportunities for players to develop their skills, compete at the highest levels of the sport, and travel to tournaments throughout the country.

But this is about more than competition. We’re building a community where players can grow, support one another, and help the next generation discover what’s possible.

⚽ Our first practice is September 26!

Whether you’re an experienced power soccer player, completely new to the sport, a volunteer, or someone who simply wants to be part of what we’re building — there’s a place for you at CT Riptide.

Looking back on our May 16th Adaptive Soccer Clinic with UASA, we're incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make the day a success.

The event brought together athletes, coaches, families, and soccer enthusiasts for an official U.S. Soccer Adaptive Grassroots Coaching Course and introductory Power Soccer training.

Together, we helped new athletes have first-time access to the sport, and had a day filled with community building, competition, and athletes wanting more events.

Thank you to United Adaptive Soccer Association (UASA), Hospital for Special Care, our volunteers, and everyone who helped make this day one to remember.

We are one step closer to launching Connecticut's only power soccer team 💙⚽️
