On August 15-16th Sesser-Valier FFA Members worked at the American Thresherman Show in Pinckneyville. This was a major community service project for our FFA members that allowed 45 of our members with a great opportunity to experience rural heritage and community support. We had the opportunity to work alongside Pinckneyville and Trico FFA, which was great for all of our members to work together. Some of our members also got recruited to be a part of the plow team being pulled by one of the Case steam engines which is something these students will remember forever. It was a hot weekend for sure, but we are looking forward for next year’s show!

The time has come for this year’s Sesser-Valier FFA Chapter shirts. All prices are listed below on the order form. The shirts are NAVY. All FFA members receive a Tshirt ONLY with their dues. If a member needs something besides a Tshirt, then they must order it on their own.
Please contact Mr. Ellis or an FFA member if you need your FFA apparel. All orders are due September 2nd with FFA dues.

Sesser-Valier FFA members, parents, alumni & supporters, we invite you to the 3rd annual SV FFA Welcome Back Night! On Wednesday September 2nd at 7:00pm, we will host a welcome back night and ice cream social for our new and returning FFA members as well as for their parents. Our SV FFA Alumni & Supporters group will also have their meeting the same evening to conduct business and recruit new members. All FFA members are encouraged to attend this event. There will be more details to come and we look forward to seeing you at this event!
