We are wondering if there are people in our community that would offer homes to some of the abandoned animals in our county. We would like to form a list of names with the animals that they could take. A list we could share between sanctuaries in our area to help find some babes homes.

There are not enough rescues in this town to keep up with the amount of unwanted animals.

Pet homes only.

Largest need: homes for roosters.
Next Bunnies
Hens
Ducks
Turkeys
And sometimes smaller animals like turtles, guinea pigs, bearded dragons etc.

We are at capacity, but we are hoping that someone in our community can go and rescue them and give them a home.

They are under a year old judging by their spurs.

This week is all about fencing.
We are w**d whacking the back fence line area today.

After a full day w**d whacking we decided to rent a tractor with a mower attachment (for tomorrow) to make clearing the fence line a whole lot easier. (Plus our field since our grass is currently taller than me 🤣)
Next will be the mini skid steer with auger to drill a bunch of three foot deep holes.

Our goal is to get the back field fenced so the sheep and goats can enjoy the natural shade this summer. (Side note: we are hoping the goats help eat the bushes 🤣 and hope they have a lot of joy doing it)

Tino walked from the barn all the way back to where we were working, such a curious boy Tino is 🥰

Also, we finished setting the front fence line posts today 🙌 so in a few days we can start assembling the h-braces and start stretching some fence wire.

Back here, by the trees is why we fell in love with this property, we walked it and could picture all the babes back here 😍 it will be really exciting to see them in this pasture.

We call it the Twitch shuffle.

She is so cute 🥰

P.S the tube is on her to keep her wings from flapping because she bruised both her wings 😩

We are trying to teach her to rely more on her legs and less on her wings.
