We want to take some time to share some changes taking place at TruLight127 Ministries.
After much prayer and consideration, we've realized that maintaining 10 acres has become more than is practical for our small organization. We want to be good stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us, and right now we believe those resources are better invested in caring for children and families rather than maintaining a large property.
Because of that, we are in the process of restructuring. TruLight127 Ministries is not closing. Our mission remains as strong as ever.
At this time, our primary focus is continuing the work of licensing foster and adoptive families, as well as supporting kinship families through our Child Placement Agency (CPA). This ministry remains active, and we would love to talk with any individual or couple who has ever considered becoming licensed to foster or adopt.
As for the Village, our heart has not changed. We remain committed to providing a safe, loving place for children who are unable to find a foster family. We are currently searching for a smaller property that will allow us to continue that part of our mission in a way that is sustainable for the future. We are trusting God to lead us to the right place at the right time.
During this transition, we have temporarily paused accepting new children into the Village while we work toward relocation. However, this is a pause, not an end.
There are a lot of changes happening, but one thing has not changed: our commitment to serving children and families. We would greatly appreciate your prayers as we navigate this next chapter and seek God's direction for the future of TruLight127 Ministries.
Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and belief in our mission.
Sincerely,
Tiffany Albus-McCollor, CEO
