We’ve had lots of questions about when GCYS Exhibitors will be receiving their checks. We still have multiple buyers who have not paid their invoices. Once we have received all invoice we will cut checks for exhibitors. Bills are now over a month past due - if you are a buyer with an outstanding bill - please help us get those taken care of so we can distribute checks to our exhibitors.

As the dust settles from San Antonio, and you’re gearing up for Houston, we want to say a BIG Thank you to all our generous buyers this year at our 2026 GCYS Auction. We had another incredible year hitting $1.92 Million dollars raised for the Youth of Guadalupe County.

As the sale has concluded - All invoices/bills have been sent out to the registered emails for each buyer, and we appreciate everyone helping get those paid so we can get the youth their hard earned money as soon as possible to help with the costs of their current and future projects. Good luck to all the exhibitors going to Houston and Austin!

We are still accepting add-ons until February 14th - but if you have submitted your add-ons and are ready to pay your bill you can do it a few ways!

1. You can pay online at your website with a credit card here:
https://www.gcys.org/buyers - make sure an notate in the box your Buyer Name and Number

2. You can mail a check made out to GCYS to:
P.O. Box 1400 Seguin, TX 78156

If you are not sure of the amount - please reach out to us at [email protected] - and we can email you a copy of your current bill.

We’ve had lots of emails and questions about add-ons and the Auction!

With the new system we are using - only a certain number of buyers names are able to be shown on the screen at once. So it is very possible, your exhibitor has more buyers than what was on the screen. True buyers also have to pledge over $100 - so any amount under $100 was not shown on the screen.

ALL buyers will receive a preliminary bill - and if any exhibitor is missing from their bills, they can still be added. We’ll make sure every exhibitor is accounted for before lists and checks get cut.

We will only handle correspondence on a buyer placing money on an exhibitor- with that buyer. As a parent, if you are concerned about a buyer being on your exhibitor- you will need to reach out to the buyer, rather than GCYS. We cannot discuss a buyers activity with anyone other than the buyer.

We still have until Feb. 14th to make these changes and edits - so bear with us as we get bills set and sent for checking!
