May 24th 2026

There is currently a main break on Summerset Way. Our WDM has responded, shut the water off and called in locates but due to unforeseen circumstances the repair cannot begin until tomorrow morning. The bathrooms will be open for those who need water or to use the facilities. Please have patience and remember we are a small HOA and water utility with two WDMs and one maintenance staff. Our goal is to get the water back on for the members as fast as possible, however sometimes (on a very rare occasion) there will be a circumstance that can cause a delay in the repair.
