Our little crew was finally altered at The Village Vet Hospital yesterday. Their running a special this month on spay and neuter. So grateful.

Daphne now Roxy was adopted, Clyde our brave little boy and Annie who is pending adoption

Annie is NOT quite happy about all this but little does she know we are saving her from a lifetime of endless litters and health issues.
Cheer up Annie you will be running and playing again soon.

We at Red Rose pride ourselves on doing rescue right. What does that mean you may wonder?
We provide high quality care to babies we take in from veterinary care to food, supplements, vaccinations, equipment, training and even apparel. Our babies didn't have to deal with hard cones they got surgery suits and inflatable cones for a more comfortable healing of 14 days. We get them name tags, martingale collars, harnesses, leashes which they are adopted out in. It's all about a rehabilitation process and finding a jackpot home.

Red Rose Inspiration for Animals needs your support. Please shop the Red Rose Thriftique in the Bell Rock Plaza and make a difference. You are truly making an impact when you shop with us you are providing the best care possible to the animals we rehabilitate.

Why shopping with us makes a difference.

Red Rose Inspiration for Animals has always provided services for animals in need.

What that means is we help homeless animals and those belonging to low-income pet owners who need assistance with veterinary care.

This includes spay and neuter, emergency medical care, vaccinations, and sometimes euthanasia of sick or elderly animals. Nothing is sadder than when it's time to say goodbye for the last time and you don't have the financial means to pay for it. Pet owners start to contemplate some scary options that often cause the animal more pain and suffering, so we make it happen and pay for this at a local veterinarian office.
We often donate to other organizations supporting many in need.

Some of the luckiest are the ones our Red Rose Team Members take into our own rescue for complete and total rehabilitation. They are fully vetted, and all medical needs are met. Sometimes those needs can be extremely expensive, such as dental care or mass removals. We do rescue right and don't cut corners. We provide the animals with quality food, supplements, equipment and overall quality care.

Most veterinarians do not offer rescue discounts. We mostly cover these costs through fundraising from our shop, the Red Rose Thriftique, and Sedona Art Shows for Animal Welfare Red Rose Inspiration for Animals This means we need the support of people shopping with us either in our Thriftique or at our Art Shows supporting our artists.

LOST DOG DAPHNE FOUND ADOPTED TO JACKPOT FOREVER HOME

Daphne escaped her foster home several weeks ago she was a fear based dog that was rescued from the Rez along with her two siblings up in Chambers, AZ by a kind veteran.

She spent 2 weeks boarding at Canyon Pet Hospital in Flagstaff through Red Rose Inspiration for Animals and then transported to her first foster who she attempted to try to escape from then her second foster the retractable leash slipped and off she went on adventure that must have scared her straight. She was missing for over 24 hours. We had a search party out looking for her the whole time. Called in experts Leann, Sandy, Jacquie and Kara to assist in the rescue efforts

The Dirty Paws Gang was out with two pups who had been rescued from Chambers too. Not littermates but dogs familiar to the pack.

Sweet Pea a Red Rose Ambassador Hound that was rescued back in December 2025 who was rehabilitated through our organization was also part of the search. The rescue happened when there was a single deer on the golf course and the dogs saw and started barking. It pulled her out from hiding hearing the dogs barking and she literally walked herself back to the foster home she escaped from and saw her two siblings in the driveway and took a double take and went running towards them crying. It was amazing she was found and safe at last.

She continued fostering with her foster parents but in the next two weeks was adopted by a wonderful couple who had been part of her search mission. They were walking through the neighborhood and like everyone out that morning heard about a lost dog. They jumped into action to assist and were very active. They fell in love with sweet Daphne and she has now found a jackpot home with them and their sweet older dog and their cat.

Roxanne of Feathers and Fur Pet Supply welcomed Daphne home with a beautiful dog bed from her shop. They are customers of our favorite pet supply in the VOC.

The Red Rose team was very active in the search and rescue of Daphne 2x.

Red Rose has successfully adopted 4 dogs out to their forever homes in the last few weeks. We are grateful for the support of all those who shared and posted Daphne and thank you to everyone who supports our events Sedona Art Shows for Animal Welfare Red Rose Inspiration for Animals at the Stagecoach Smokehouse and Red Rose Thriftique. This is exclusively how we fund the organization and save the lives of these animals.

Thank you for sharing and shopping with us.
