Yesterday I was responding to an emergency rattlesnake call in Healdsburg I was driving on highway 101 and Windsor when I had a blowout in my left rear tire I retire I immediately took the Shiloh exit and Windsor I drove straight to Les Schwab tires, I went inside and talked to the people at the counter And they told me to be an hour and a 1/2 wait, The manager John heard what I was saying and told me to pull into Bay number 2 The personally came out took off the tire and within 12 Minutes had a tire on and told me I was good to go oh and said there was no cost just bring me back the tire when you get a new one. When do you ever get courtesy and service like that my kudos go out to lushwab tires and John the manager of the store in Windsor in Sonoma County California. I stopped by today and brought him back the tire and told him thank you very much and All I have to say is thank you John and let's swap tires
