The Tentative Competition Schedule for 2026 World Finals is now available for teams to review. If your team has previously submitted a scheduling concern during registration but you do not see that concern reflected in this schedule, please email [email protected]. No new scheduling requests will be accepted at this time.

The Tentative Competition Schedule will remain online until Friday, May 1st, 2026 at 5:00pm Eastern.
The Final Competition Schedule will be posted on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026.

15% of all sales on Wednesday will go directly to Washington Odyssey of the Mind! We are a local non-profit giving students across the state the opportunity to build creativity, STEM skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Come out, enjoy a drink, and get involved with the Port Angeles community. We can’t wait to see you there!

Welcome!! We are a team of five with many volunteers supporting our effort to spread the Odyssey of the mind (OM) program across schools in Washington.

Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem solving program designed that teaches students how to use their natural creativity to solve complex problems. Ultimately this skill and the self-confidence developed along the way carries over to all areas of their lives.

Odyssey of the Mind brings the classroom to life as students apply what they learn and combine it with their interests and passions to solve unique open-ended problems. Odyssey of the Mind also emphasizes teamwork, budgeting, time management, public speaking and so much more. Teams of up to 7 students meet weekly to work on their chosen problem. This can be during class time or after school and teams can be coached by either teachers or parents. Teams present their solution at a Regional Tournament in the form of a skit, competing against other teams in the same problem.
