Jamie is LCYC’s Equal Justice Works Fellow and attorney with the Youth Homelessness Program. Jamie spent multiple years in youth services and primary education before attending Seattle University School of Law as a Seattle U. Law Scholar for Justice, co-president of the Nonbinary/Gender Non-Conforming Association and co-president of the Seattle U. Law National Lawyers Guild.

Ivonne is LCYC’s Senior Human Resources Generalist. She brings more than 14 years of experience in Human Resources, working across the hospitality, new home development, and construction industries. Throughout her career, Ivonne has been most passionate about creating positive and meaningful experiences for people throughout their employment journey.

Join LCYC in welcoming Delaney and Hillary! 🎉

Delaney represented tenants facing evictions in Spokane as a part of the nation’s first right to counsel program and continued to defend tenants’ housing rights in Minnesota before moving back to Washington. Beyond her housing background, she has advocated for survivors of domestic violence. Delaney’s goal is to empower clients to ensure their voice is heard while navigating the legal system.

Hillary brings more than a decade of experience working with immigrant children and youth fleeing violence, neglect, and abuse. She is committed to building trusting relationships with each client and providing thoughtful, trauma-informed advocacy.

LCYC seeks four passionate, collaborative, and innovative law students committed to social justice and anti-racism to intern with us starting in early June 2027 for 10 weeks.

Legal fellows will be assigned primarily to one of four positions – Youth Homelessness, Child Welfare, Immigrant Youth/Special Immigrant Juvenile, and Youth Defense. Each legal fellow will have the opportunity to learn about multiple areas of youth law and LCYC’s holistic legal services model from the other program areas. Bely is LCYC’s Individual Giving Manager. As a first-generation immigrant and trained social worker, she is committed to centering the community voices and youth agency in her fundraising. Bely is passionate about advancing community-centric and inclusive fundraising practices that strengthen philanthropic partnerships and help protect the interests and safety of youth across Washington state.

Robert is LCYC’s Director of Finance & Operations. With over 25 years of experience in operations, strategy, and finance, Robert joined LCYC to support social justice for young people.
