We shared this video at our 2nd annual Dunn4Good Dinner + Auction this weekend. But this story was never meant to stay inside that room. 💛

Dunn4Good | 501(c)(3) started because of Wesley. Because our family heard the words “your child has cancer,” and our entire world changed. Today, Wesley is three. He is running around, being goofy, going to preschool and getting to experience all of the wonderfully ordinary days we once couldn’t let ourselves imagine. We know what a privilege that is. And we know that research helped give us those days. But this isn’t only Wesley’s story. It’s also Ella’s. It’s also Charlie’s. It’s the children we’ve also loved and lost. The families fighting today. And those who will find themselves on this journey tomorrow.

That’s why we keep going. 🎗️

Because research changes what happens after a family hears those words. Because better treatments are possible. Because kids deserve treatments designed for their growing bodies and the long lives ahead of them. And because the people who came before us helped create better options for Wesley. Now, we get the chance to do the same for the families who come after us.

So please watch this. Share it. Talk about it.
