TheiHOPEwa.org Program Coordinator
Salary Range: 9,000-11,000 Pesos depending on experience. A bonus at the end of the year can be provided depending on the performance. All travel expenses are paid during medical mission.

Job Description:
¬ Coordinates activities, update websites, Facebook accounts, social medias, and etc.
¬ Supports fundraising activities and projects all throughout the year.
¬ Creates portfolio and book keeping.
¬ Write newsletters.
¬ Requires a 1-year contract. May extend contract depending on performance. There is a three-month probationary period.
¬ At least 30 hrs. a week work load. Flexible hours, mostly evening or night shift to accommodate US-based schedule. There is no overtime pay due to flexibility of hours.
¬ Reports to the CEO and other Coordinators.
¬ Willing to travel locally and internationally.
¬ 90% is internet and home-based work.

Qualifications:
¬ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, business, project management, or non-profit preferred.
¬ At least one-year experience working in non-profit sector or organizations.
¬ Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
¬ Someone who is flexible, possess a positive attitude, eager to learn, creative, and assertive.
¬ Internet connection is needed.

After series of medical missions in the Philippines and serving more 2,000 less fortunate Filipinos, theihope.org continues its mission to reach out to many underprivileged global communities. This coming March 2015, we are headed to Mumbai, India, and from Mumbai, we are flying to Aurangabad, which is a smaller city of the Province of Mumbai. In partnership with the GiveMe5 Foundation, we have invited more than 10 surgeons and nurses from 9 different countries (the United States, the Philippines, Singapore, Italy, Greece, India, South Korea, Thailand, & Taiwan), to participate in this remarkable inter-crosscultural medical practice. We are going to conduct a FREE Surgical service to our brothers and sisters in India. We are very excited to serve and invest our time and talents in helping the poor access to expensive surgical treatments. We are very thankful to those who have prayed and supported us in making this noble work possible! The joy of serving with pure intentions, self-sacrifice, and genuine giving could never be priced by any amount of money! As we all experience and witness the continued rising of poverty, there is still HOPE, because we find more people, who have been blessed with healing hands, to render care to the needy! The Surgical Mission is confirmed in India on March 21-26 2015 with surgeons from Taiwan, India, Italy, Canada, Greece, Thailand, Singapore, and Peru! We are collaborating and partnering with the GIVEME5 Foundation. The application for this surgical mission is now open. We are looking for 3-5 volunteers, who have a surgical skill (an OR Nurse, a Surgeon, or a Surgical Technologist).
