TheiHOPEwa.org Program Coordinator
Salary Range: 9,000-11,000 Pesos depending on experience. A bonus at the end of the year can be provided depending on the performance. All travel expenses are paid during medical mission.
Job Description:
¬ Coordinates activities, update websites, Facebook accounts, social medias, and etc.
¬ Supports fundraising activities and projects all throughout the year.
¬ Creates portfolio and book keeping.
¬ Write newsletters.
¬ Requires a 1-year contract. May extend contract depending on performance. There is a three-month probationary period.
¬ At least 30 hrs. a week work load. Flexible hours, mostly evening or night shift to accommodate US-based schedule. There is no overtime pay due to flexibility of hours.
¬ Reports to the CEO and other Coordinators.
¬ Willing to travel locally and internationally.
¬ 90% is internet and home-based work.
Qualifications:
¬ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, business, project management, or non-profit preferred.
¬ At least one-year experience working in non-profit sector or organizations.
¬ Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
¬ Someone who is flexible, possess a positive attitude, eager to learn, creative, and assertive.
¬ Internet connection is needed.
