Update: Today Judge Thomas S. Zilly GRANTED the Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The order postpones HHS’s Medicaid cuts for lawfully present qualified noncitizen SSI recipients in Washington State until the court can fully review the lawsuit.

Zilly of the Western Washington District Court heard oral arguments on Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary relief. Judge Zilly is expected to deliver a decision on this preliminary request tomorrow.
