Gorilla FC Statement Regarding Supporter Banners and Messaging
SEATTLE — Gorilla FC loves and values the passion, creativity, and energy that our members and fellow supporters bring to every match. That passion is at the heart of who we are and what makes this community special.
At the same time, we ask that supporters not alter, cover, or add messages to Gorilla FC banners or other group materials without prior approval from Gorilla FC leadership.
We are very deliberate about the issues on which Gorilla FC chooses to speak, as well as the language, timing, and manner in which we communicate those positions. When we put the Gorilla FC name behind a message, we want to ensure that it accurately represents our organization and carries the thoughtfulness, clarity, and gravitas that the issue deserves.
This is not intended to discourage anyone from expressing their own views. We encourage our members to be passionate, engaged, and vocal. We simply ask that messages presented using Gorilla FC banners, branding, or materials be coordinated with and approved by the organization beforehand.
