Flexible & Simple exercise. Serve Families and Individuals. Bridge the civilian, military, first responder divide. Coaching and guidance for those pursuing GORUCK events. Extract those who are stuck. Allow them to meet their full potential. RUCKING DEFINED:
Walking with a weighted rucksack (aka backpack). It implies action, energy, and purpose. Rucking requires s

trength, endurance, and character — and builds it, too. RUCKING IS SIMPLE:
You wear a backpack (or better yet a rucksack), walk, it's a fitness thing. And you're already doing it. Hiking is rucking in the mountains and urban hiking is simply called rucking. Rucking exercises can be done at any weight. RUCKING IS CARDIO:
It's for people who think running sucks. If you want to burn up to 3X as many calories as walking, ruck instead. Your heart pumps faster during a rucking workout to get oxygen rich blood throughout your body, increasing circulation. RUCKING IS SCALABLE:

25-Minute Challenge: Make Daily Fitness a Priority

To join, comment below with "IN!". The challenge requires a minimum of 10 participants. Rewards will be awarded to the top two finishers: one free GR event for first place and one 30% off event for second place. Events are categorized as light, basic, or tough.

Challenge Rules:
1. Engage in a daily workout lasting at least 25 minutes.
2. There are no exceptions or rest days.
3. Record your workout and post verification on SRC comms.
4. Failure to post daily proof will result in disqualification.
5. Digital tracking methods, such as phones or watches, are acceptable.

The objective is to establish consistent habits and eliminate excuses. Any exercise that is digitally tracked and verified on the SRC Comms site counts.

Consider this: you likely spend over 25 minutes daily on your phone. Try dedicating that time to exercise instead. Believe in yourself.

The challenge will commence once 10 or more participants have joined.
