And Still We Are Here: Art by Gazans

Will be on display from April 13 - May 13 on their Community Board, 2nd Floor

The art featured is by young people and women who experienced the war and are either still in Gaza or are now refugees in Cairo.

There will be 2 presentations: 1 evening reception Thurs April 23, 7:00 pm, 1 afternoon talk and discussion, Fri May 8, 1:00 pm

The Seattle Gaza Mutual Aid project supports Gazans — both in Gaza and Cairo — to survive and rebuild their lives.

We are supporting survivors of the war directly and through the establishment and running of the Meera Centre, an educational & healing center for children and families, and through direct support to families in need.

We also work to raise awareness and gather support in our home communities, primarily in Seattle, through arts, speaking engagements & dialogue.
