Maude’s Ventures emerged from Richard’s experience caring for his wife. Witnessing Maude’s struggle with dementia, he searched for better ways to bring comfort and engagement to her life.

Now, Maude’s Ventures extends that same care to others, offering hope and support to the dementia community, their families and care partners until a cure is found. This is why innovation in care is personal for us.

We are so excited to announce that our 2023 Maude’s Ventures funding winner is EMC2!

EMC2 is an alliance led by advisors Anne Basting, Susan McFadden, and Beth Soltzberg. This alliance is committed to the dramatic and sustainable expansion of Memory Cafes in the United States to enhance meaningful connection, joy, and purpose among people living with dementia and their care partners.

Their efforts will focus on exploring branding and promotion, finding a common evaluation, forming a common and flexible training system, and establishing sustainable referral and funding systems. For more information, contact [email protected]
