When we share our lives with each other it is life giving. Don’t suffer through this alone. We are a group of people who have suffer this abuse and are hear to listen and help you get back to the person you were before the narcissistic relationship. Much love.

Hello everyone! Our next in person meeting is this Thursday at 6 pm. We will be meeting in a room at the Via Linda Senior Center located at: 10440 E Via Linda in Scottsdale. The meeting usually goes from 6-8 pm. We usually have time for everyone that wants to share there experience, strength and hope to do so. Or you are welcome to just come in listen. Hearing other people’s experiences has really helped me and has empowered me to take my life back. People who have not been through this do not understand but those who have suffered like I have from narcissistic abuse really get it. Whether you are still in a narcissistic relationship, fresh out of one, or have been free for years I hope you will come to the meeting. Hello Everyone,

A little over a year ago my friend Jeff and I started a in person support group for those who have suffered from narcissistic abuse. We have been using the meet up platform to spread the word of our group that meets once a month on the third Thursday of every month. In an effort to reach more people I have decided to create this page as well. I hope that we will all yous this page to share helpful resources as well as support each other directly.

I look forward to meeting all of you at our in person meetings. In the meantime please feel free to support each other here. The only people that seem to really understand this type of abuse are the ones that have been through it.
