We have another amazing human to share with you all!

This is our volunteer, Pam Hay. Pam shares a moment that stood out to her: "A gentleman with developmental disabilities made a bookmark with beads and gave it to me even though I was helping someone else. I have it on my purse and will not take it off."

Your wellness routine might be missing something: a little creativity. 🎨

For National Wellness Month, we’re celebrating the ways art and making can be part of taking care of yourself. Whether you’re painting, welding, taking photos, learning new skills, or simply trying something new, creativity gives us a chance to slow down, connect, problem-solve, and enjoy the process.

Wellness doesn’t have to look one way. Sometimes it looks like getting your hands dirty and making something just for the fun of it.

So this month, make some time to create. 💛

We had a great time creating with our friends from Cancer Support Community of Arizona this month! 💛

We kicked things off by making custom leather wallets with Oak & Squirrel, then wrapped up the month with a fun seashell tray workshop that was perfect for summer.

Thanks to everyone who shows up each month to create with us. We love having you as part of our community and can't wait to see you back for more workshops next month! 🐝

A look at some of the beautiful journals created during our bookbinding workshop with Changing Hands Bookstore last week! 📚💛

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening of creativity and left with a one-of-a-kind handmade journal. We loved seeing all of your unique designs come to life!

Making summer crafting a little more whimsical. ✨🐚

These adorable seashell trinket trays were created with the talented kids from Fostering Heroes Foundation this week!

Creative spaces like these give young people the opportunity to explore their capabilities, build confidence, and express themselves creatively. We're proud to partner with schools and organizations across Arizona to bring hands-on workshops to youth who may not otherwise have access to these experiences.
