Jadasha Harrison shared a devotion with us at EMCC last week and knocked it out of the park! She’s anointed and appointed! We all got so much from what she shared. “Even when we’re not prepared we can still rely on God to coach us through.” 😊🙏🙌

Amazing night of worship on campus at the Orr Center! Tonight was our first night. Next Saturday there’s a retreat at Camp Meridale. All are welcome. We will have worship on Sunday night again 2 weeks from now. Every Sunday from there. Come join us and get refreshed and revived! 🔥

FINAL: TRUE TO IT, NOT NEW TO IT... LIONS WIN! EMCC gets a 56 - 3 victory at MDCC to go to 3-0 on the season and opens North Division play at 1-0. Back at home next week vs. Holmes.

UNOFFICIAL STATS: The Lions had 26 first downs (6 for MDCC). EMCC finishes with 199 yards rushing/223 passing for 422 total yards. Zias Perryman 15 carries for 80 yards/TD; Montae Spivey 8 carries/33 yds; KJ Lawrence 4 carries/22 yards; Amariyon Howard, Ethan Conner, Jamari Jones all with a rushing TD.
Jamari Jones finishes 16-22-0 with 201 yards and 3 TD. The OL did not allow a sack in tonight's game. Jontarius Henderson, Kevin Barnett, and Zach Patterson all caught a TD for the Lions tonight.
The defense had 9 TFL totaling 30 yards including 3 sacks (Trey Laing - 1, Devonyal Lofton - 2). Kel Williams & Jeremy Mack Jr both with interceptions; Jacob Partridge with a blocked punt; Cameron Hines & Joshua Short with fumble recoveries
