Composite sentiment (what owners are feeling)

Homeowners consistently portray the property manager as punitive, adversarial, and uncommunicative, with slow/uneven maintenance and opaque governance/finances. Several posts explicitly call for his removal.

Upon Request I can email the compiled social platforms and Google Review list used to create this graph. We sorted the list by quality and went from 0 to the first 3 star reviews.

How does the Sheffield Towne Landscaper get away with doing this every years?
And it why there are some many sharp cut up branches in the from dirt and mulch, instead of a green land?

Freedom of speech is the right to express opinions and ideas without government censorship or retaliation, protected in the U.S. by the First Amendment and broadly interpreted to include verbal, written, symbolic, and expressive conduct like art and protests.
While robust, this right is not absolute and does not protect speech like true threats, harassment, incitement to violence, or defamation, and can be subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions.

What is protected

Expressing unpopular views: The government or the Sheffield Towne Association cannot punish speech, even if it is controversial, offensive, or illogical.

Symbolic speech: This includes actions like wearing armbands to protest or burning the American flag, which are often protected forms of expression.

Commercial speech: The right extends to advertising products and services, though it can be regulated more than political speech.

Other forms of expression: It also includes artistic and musical expression, protests, and the right to not speak.

What is not protected: My rights are being suppressed by the STA in all four cases! https://www.sheffield-voice.com

πŸ‘‰ Incitement to imminent violence: Speech that is intended and likely to provoke immediate unlawful action is not protected.

πŸ‘‰ True threats and harassment: Speech that constitutes a genuine threat or harassment is not protected.

πŸ‘‰ Defamation: False statements that harm a person's reputation are not protected.

πŸ‘‰ Obscenity: Speech that meets a specific legal definition of obscenity is not protected.
