💚 September is Su***de Awareness Month. 💚

For first responders, military members, and the people who support them, the weight we carry isn’t always visible.

Check on your people. Start the conversation. Listen without judgment. Remind them that asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness.

You are not a burden. You are not alone. Your life matters.

The Anchor Point is here to remind our first responder and military communities: You don’t have to carry it alone. 💚

Today, we pause to remember one of our own. Trace Conover.

One year ago, we lost a valued member of The Anchor Point family—a veteran, firefighter, and friend. His dedication to serving others never wavered, and his impact continues to be felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

As we honor his memory today, we also renew our commitment to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and ensuring that no first responder, veteran, or service member feels they have to face their struggles alone.

Please take a moment today to remember him, check in on those around you, and remind the people in your life that they matter.

You are never alone. We remember. We honor. We continue the mission.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from all of us at The Anchor Point!

Today, we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy and honor those who have served and sacrificed to protect them. As you spend time with family and friends, we also want to thank the first responders, military members, healthcare workers, and dispatchers who are serving our communities today.

First responders spend their careers taking care of everyone else—but wellness has to include taking care of ourselves, too.

✔️ Check in with yourself
✔️ Move between calls
✔️ Connect with your crew
✔️ Leave the shift at the station
✔️ Prioritize recovery sleep

Small daily habits can make a big difference in resilience, mental wellness, and overall health. Remember: you don’t have to carry it all alone.
We’re here to help

Today, we honor the fathers, father figures, who serve, protect, support, and lead both at home and in their communities.

To the first responder fathers who answer the call while balancing the responsibilities of family, thank you for your strength, sacrifice, and dedication. Your presence matters both on the job and at home.

From all of us at The Anchor Point, we wish you a Happy Father’s Day and encourage you to take time today to connect, reflect, and enjoy the moments that matter most.

June is PTSD Awareness Month.

For many first responders, the calls don’t end when the shift does. The sights, sounds, and experiences we carry can leave lasting impacts on our mental health.

This month, we honor those who silently battle PTSD and remind our brothers and sisters that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You are not alone, and support is available.

Our peer support team stands ready to listen, support, and walk alongside you through the challenges. Together, we can break the stigma and foster a culture where mental wellness is just as important as physical wellness.
