2025 has been a wonderful year for the Hawley Foundation, and we are thankful for the opportunity to serve children in need within Saratoga County. We have 3 areas for which our Foundation focuses; Camp Grants, Community Grants, and College Grants.

Camp - Provides funding for children to attend camp at not-for-profit organizations which demonstrate the ability and commitment to serve children with the county. This year, we were able to grant $53k to 10 worthy local camp organizations.

Community - Provides funding to local nonprofit organizations that exude a commitment to benefit deserving children within the county. This year, we distributed $47k to 13 admirable organizations.

College - Provides scholarships to local upright students enrolled or continuing their college education. This year, we provided $50k to 23 aspiring high school seniors and returning college students.

Hawley Foundation - 2025 Update!

The Hawley Foundation has recently distributed grants and awards for the 2025 calendar year! The Foundation has been around for 60 years, with roots dating back to the late 1800s. From its inception as an orphanage, The Hawley Home was unique, recognizing and fostering the importance of family and allowing parents the opportunity to reclaim their children, to promote better stability and family values. The Hawley Foundation’s mission has always been to help local youth through promoting health, welfare, and education. Each year, the organization provides awards via three different channels; community grants, camp awards, and college grants. This year, Hawley awarded $53,000 to 10 local camp organizations, $47,000 to 13 non-profit community organizations, and another $50,000 to 23 high school seniors and returning college students.

The Hawley Foundation prides itself on providing funding to help enrich children’s lives in Saratoga County, NY. Over the last 20 years, over $2.5 million in grants and awards have been distributed within the community. Through a volunteer Board of Directors, The Hawley Foundation looks forward to continuing local partnerships and helping improve the lives of children for many years to come.
