The annual tradition of Salvation Army Red Kettles at Saratoga Race Course during the summer returns Wednesdays through Saturdays from June 3rd to September 7th and we are looking for volunteers to help ring bells. As a Thank You for signing up this first weekend, the NYRA has generously donated some General Admission tickets to Belmont Stakes weekend for those who volunteer. Each 2-hour shift is at a different gate with a Red Kettle stand so if you would like to bring a partner to stand with you, please do so on your own. There is a growing crisis in our community, and it is now standing at our very front door. As the need increases, we cannot sit back or pretend we do not see the struggle for the most basic human necessities of food, clean clothing, brotherly love, and above all, the hope found in Christ.

Here at The Salvation Army of Saratoga Springs, we labor daily to fulfill the mission God has entrusted to us. But we cannot do this sacred work alone. Your generosity, compassion, and willingness to give make this ministry possible.

As we enter the summer season, we are also seeking volunteers to ring our iconic Salvation Army bells at the Saratoga Race Track. This is a powerful opportunity to serve, to represent Christ, and to help raise the funds that sustain our programs throughout the year.

We thank you for all you have already done, and we humbly ask you to continue standing with us. Whether it’s a can of food, a pair of socks, spare change, or a few hours of your time—every gift makes a real difference.
