What can I say? Yesterday’s CRC meeting was absolutely amazing because we had so many amazing people join us for our last meeting, ever! 😥 It’s so bittersweet as we say goodbye. I’m so thankful that Suncoast Aging Network will continue on with CRC‘s legacy of helping our low income senior community. Please be sure to visit their website if you know of someone who is in need.

Thank you 🙏🏻 🥰 to EVERYONE, who has supported CRC throughout the years and have dedicated their time and money to make this organization so very special to so many in need. I consider it a true honor to have been able to serve as facilitator for the past year and a half. I appreciate all those who showed up to meetings, who wanted to, but couldn’t, who donated their time, gifts, money and efforts in making CRC what it was and is today! I know you will be blessed in return!

Yesterday‘s meeting was so much fun and very special! We had a delicious 😋 catered lunch provided by our gracious host, Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park (Dawn Plavak is an amazing hostess, go see her for a tour, you won’t be disappointed!). Thank you guys for hosting us as a last-minute fill-in! The accommodations were awesome! Our theme was Christmas 🎄(of course!) so we had lots of gifts and cookies that we gave away! Everybody left with something!

Suncoast Aging Network meets every third Thursday at 8 AM every month. Locations vary, so be sure to follow them on Facebook or join Suncoast Professionals CARE Facebook group for meeting announcements. 🥰

They say good things come in small packages and yes, they do! We had a small group today, but it was just as much fun and enlightning to hear what everyone does for our seniors. Thanks again to Villas of Holly Brook (Bradenton Cove) for hosting and serving lunch! Go visit Michael Bliss, sales director, and see this beautiful community. Thanks to everyone who came. Your support is always so much appreciated! OK y’all, December is our last meeting for CRC and we really want a good turnout. Stay tuned for more details of when and where! We’re gonna do something really fun so you don’t wanna miss out!

It’s November, everyone—a perfect time to reflect on gratitude. What are you thankful for? I’m grateful for the opportunity to have facilitated CRC. It has truly been a wonderful experience! I’m thankful for all the amazing, like-minded people I’ve met who share the same passion for supporting and caring for our senior community.

Tomorrow is our next-to-last meeting before CRC becomes part of our umbrella organization, Suncoast Aging Network. And in case you missed the flyer, here it is again with all the details. A big thank-you to Villas of Holly Brook (Bradenton Cove) for hosting us! If you joined us last month, you know we played a fun game—and we’ll have more this time too! I can’t wait to see everyone!

Better late than never! Sorry for the delayed post everyone, been recovering from a bad cold which is why I was not able to make it to this month’s meeting!! Thanks Sammy Jo for stepping in and facilitating!! Thank you Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes for hosting this month, I’m hearing it was great!! And lastly, thanks to all that attended!! You guys are truly the best!!! 🥰
