A time when trains carrying circus families from around the world rolled into town packed to the brim with tents, costumes and animals to practice their fearless acts. The festival also works with hundreds of other street performing artists such as muralists, graffiti artists from around the world, stage performers, buskers, and musicians to name a new... featured artists will include Kurt Wenner, Nick Wallenda, Douglas Bell and many others.
