Join us for our annual Santee Pride Walk and Festival on Saturday, May 31, 2025! This free, family-friendly event will feature live entertainment, kids activities, and booths from vendors and local non-profit community organizations. The Santee Pride Festival will be located in the parking lot of Santee United Methodist Church on Park Ave. For those of you taking part in our annual Pride Walk that

started this local event 5 years ago: the Pride Walk will start at 10am, and is a roughly 2 mile flat paved loop down Mission Gorge, beginning and ending at the Festival. We are still accepting applications for vendors! You might be a good fit for this event if you:
-are a vendor of Pride themed handmade items
-are a LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC owner of a small business selling handmade items

This community-driven, and church-hosted event cannot happen without the support of dozens of volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering in any capacity, whether along the walk route, or on campus where the festival is hosted, please visit us at santeeumc.org/pride to apply today!

🚗Festival Parking is available for attendees at the HD Supply parking lot, 101 Riverview Pkwy. (0.7 miles from Festival). A shuttle bus will be available, running back and forth from 8am-4pm.

For those that need up-close parking, we have limited additional parking in a dirt lot across Park Ave. from the festival.

🎶Community Spotlight: San Diego Pride Pop Up Symphony

This Saturday, the San Diego Pride Pop Up Symphony will be at Santee Pride, seeking adult and youth musicians to join the symphony! They perform at events around San Diego, including last year's San Diego pride event, Light Up the Cathedral at St. Paul Cathedral.

If you have a kid who wants to learn how to play an instrument, they'll be here with Miller Music Academy, signing up future musicians for one of their classes!
