We officially MOVED!

This weekend, an amazing Eagle Scout project kicked off the construction of our new Kitty house (Catio). We are so grateful to everyone who volunteered their time and hard work to help create a safe place for rescue cats and kittens. Huge thanks to Home Depot and Lowe’s for some of the wood donations. We will have a Go Fund me up soon to help with the rest of the materials.

All our kitties made it safely and are loving the weather! 🤪😂 I hear it was HOT 🥵 this weekend in Brawley.

Update: funeral cost was covered 🙏

This post is hard to write….

On June 18, our sweet Latte was killed after a dog forced its way into Too Cute Kitten Rescue. I’ve replayed those moments over and over, and I still can’t get her cries out of my head.

Latte wasn’t just a cat. She was a rescue, a survivor, and a soul who deserved to feel safe.

Animal Control has been informed and a report is being made. The dog’s owner, Sergio Puerta, who lives off Willard, was asked to cover Latte’s $150 cremation cost but has not done so.

If anyone would like to help us give Latte the goodbye she deserves, we would be deeply grateful.

Rest peacefully, sweet Latte. You were loved, and you mattered.

Please keep your dogs in your yards! This was totally preventable.
