So grateful for the incredible support our community continues to show LIGHTHOUSE Atascadero and the LIGHTHOUSE Fun Run & Family Day.

This event started as a way to support local youth and families, and each year I'm amazed by how our community comes together to make a difference. This year's event was our biggest yet, with 460 participants and $55,554 raised!

A huge thank you to KSBY for helping share the story and to everyone who participated, volunteered, sponsored, donated, walked, ran, cheered, and supported the event. My heart is full.

WOW! What an incredible day!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who participated in, sponsored, donated to, volunteered for, and supported the 2026 LIGHTHOUSE Fun Run & Family Day.

Because of this amazing community, we welcomed a record-breaking 460 runners and raised an incredible $55,554 to support the youth and families served by LIGHTHOUSE Atascadero. This was our biggest year yet, both in participation and funds raised!

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Margarita Vineyards at Ancient Peaks, participants enjoyed a one-of-a-kind morning running and walking through the vineyards while supporting a great cause.

We are so grateful to our sponsors, donors, volunteers, vendors, runners, walkers, and everyone who helped make this event such a success. It truly takes a community, and ours showed up in a big way.

A special thank you to photographers Sam McMillan, Dwayne Burbach, and Rick Evans for generously volunteering their time and talent to capture the memories of the day.

We're still working on race results and hope to have those posted soon. In the meantime, enjoy a few of the many photos from this year's event. More photos are still to come!

🏃‍♀️ Race Day Is Almost Here! 🏃‍♂️

We're excited to welcome a record number of participants to the 2026 LIGHTHOUSE Fun Run & Family Day this Sunday! Here are a few important reminders:

🚗 Parking Reminder – Please Carpool
Due to a record-breaking number of participants this year (woohoo!), we kindly ask that you carpool if possible to help ease parking and traffic at the event. Thanks for helping us make race day smooth for everyone!

🎽 Packet Pick-Up Details
Saturday, May 30th at K-Man Cycle & Run in Atascadero from 9:00 a.m. – Noon

OR

Race day at the venue from 7:00 – 7:45 a.m.

Still have a friend who missed online registration? They can still register in person on race day beginning at 7:00 a.m.

Join us at Ancient Peaks Barn, 5991 West Pozo Road, Santa Margarita, CA on Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

5K starts at 8:00 a.m.

Followed by the Kids ½ Mile & 100-Yard Dash

🐾 Please note: pets are not allowed on the premises due to venue restrictions. We love your furry friends, but they'll need to sit this one out.

☕ Breakfast & Fun
Fuel up after your run with complimentary LIGHTHOUSE Coffee, Muffins, and the always-popular pancake breakfast sponsored by the Kiwanis Club. Yum!

🎶 Post-Race Fun & Raffles
Stick around after your run! Enjoy music by DJ Trent, browse our vendor fair, and savor your pancakes.

Race results will be announced around 9:30 a.m.

Followed by the runners raffle—you're automatically entered just by registering!

🎁 Prizes Galore!
One lucky runner will win a Cabana + 8 entries to The Ravine Waterpark and 8 rounds of miniature golf —must be present to win!
