Some places simply have soul.

The iconic Midtown campus has stood as a landmark in Santa Fe for decades, and we're honored to help write its next chapter. As MADA transforms these remarkable Ricardo Legorreta-designed buildings into a vibrant creative and cultural center, we're preserving their legacy while creating new opportunities for artists, entrepreneurs, students, and our entire community.

The architecture is extraordinary. The future will be even more inspiring.

MADA is part of something much bigger.

As Midtown continues to evolve, new housing, cultural spaces, and community destinations will transform this area into a vibrant, connected district. Together with projects like the Greer Garson Theatre, MADA will help create a neighborhood where arts, culture, and community thrive side by side.

This isn't just the future of one campus—it's the future of Midtown.

These buildings are more than beautiful architecture—they're the foundation of something much bigger.

MADA is creating a welcoming home for creativity, collaboration, and community. Together with our partners and supporters, we're transforming these iconic spaces into a place where everyone belongs and creativity can thrive for generations.

Imagine a campus where creativity grows with the community.

As plans continue to evolve, these spaces could become expanded galleries, collaborative workspaces, or a dedicated youth makerspace—giving young people more opportunities to explore, create, and discover new skills.

The possibilities are still unfolding, and that's one of the most exciting parts of the journey.

We’re thrilled to introduce Francisco Gella Dance as a future MADA core tenant partner! ✨

Francisco Gella’s vision for dance is rooted in honoring its rich history while creating a more inclusive, accessible, and sustainable future. Through education, artistic excellence, and opportunity, his work invites more people to experience the transformative power of dance without losing sight of the traditions and trailblazers who shaped the art form.

This spirit of creativity, access, and possibility is exactly what MADA is all about. We can’t wait to see this vision come to life at Midtown!
