Deep Roots Make Tall Trees

In 1978, the founders of this league started “Santa Fe Girls Basketball.” Over time, with the assistance of folks like Michael Honeycutt and Chris Lee, the league became known at “Santa Fe Youth Basketball.”

Over the last five years, the league has continued to grow under the guidance of Tony, Ashley, Tabitha, Chris, and the G.O.A.T. Johnny Flores! At he end of the 2018-2019 season, the entire board folded, and new members were elected to the board.

For the 2019-2020 season, Sam Smith, Kristie Tjepkema, Sara Smith, Mandie Ullrich, Christina LaFrage, and Ashley Stokesberry (last remaining board member from previous season) are carrying the torch forward. We also welcome our latest member, Chase Wilks to the board!
