Happy September friends!

This month is another steady month of events and meet ups to spend time together as a community!

(All Ages) The new event this month is the SCV Classics Bowling League!!! We very much would like to thank SCV lanes who are hosting and making a safe and inclusive space!
Our preferred signup deadline is September 14th, but registration will remain open until September 21st at 9:00 AM.

(All Ages) Our Bi-Monthly Hikes and Sunday strolls are a great way to get your legs stretch and enjoy some of the local nature. We do ask to be aware of the current heat. Bring hats, water, and good shoes!

(16+) We also have our Book Club and Poetry Clubs meeting at the the Stevenson's Ranch Library!
-Information for our book of the month will be posted soon so keep an eye on our socials for that!
And as always if you love the book or its a DNF we'll love to have you there to hear your thoughts and chat!
-Our Poetry club is very welcoming to newcomers as well! Want to talk about your favorite works/writers? Have somthing you've written and want to share? All are welcome to come and share their voices with fellow artists!

(21+) And of course our Monthly Meet ups at Eighth and Rail! Eighth has been a amazing space for us and its always fun to meet up with everyone at the end of the month!

Hi hi friends!

As you may have heard, this morning there was a devastating fire affecting a large portion of Main Street. Our hearts go out to the affected businesses. It’s truly heartbreaking for this to happen so suddenly and we understand the uneasiness that this could instill.

We hold a large portion of our events in Newhall because of the welcoming, supportive and safe environments that the surrounding area provides!

So please please join us for the meetup tomorrow and keep supporting the buisnesses that lend their space and show nothing but support for the our community!

Our August meetup at Eighth & Rail is still taking place tomorrow. The owner emphasizes that the bar is safe and will remain open. So let’s stay supporting Newhall in this moment of recovery.🫶🏽

If parking is a concern the parking complex is open and it is a quick and easy 2 minute walk to the bar! Hope to see you tomorrow🏳️‍🌈

**Hello lovely people! This is an updated post regarding our meets in August, fixing the meet times and some dates. Thank you for bearing with us!!**

We have another month of fun events coming up for the center! Our regular events are all set up! Along with a new semi regular event with the Catfé starting this month!

We all had an amazing time at the Purr and Paint during pride we wanted to bring it back and give more people the chance to join in!

We are so happy to see the growth of community and interest in q***r events here in SCV! The support of the community is the reason we are able to have steady regular events and meet ups! Thank you to those that come out and those that support us through the Friends of the Center program
