🚶‍♀️🚲 🛴Our First Walk & Roll to School Day of 2026–2027 Was a Success! 🎉

It was wonderful to see so many Laurelwood students walking, biking, and rolling to school 💙

A big thank you to Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety (DPS) and Safe Routes to School (SRTS) for joining us, supporting our students, and handing out goodies! SRTS also generously donated two raffle prizes for our lucky Walk & Roll participants 🎟️🎁

Congratulations to our Green Team students, led by Ms. Chang, on a successful first Walk & Roll to School event! 🎉 The PTA is proud to support their efforts and help make this wonderful event possible.

Congratulations to our raffle winners Giancarlos and Gilad 👏🏻

Here’s to building healthy habits, safer routes to school, and a stronger Laurelwood community, one walk or roll at a time

Tomorrow, Tuesday, April 7, is STEAM night and Open House at Laurelwood! Penguin Soft Serve food truck will also be there selling ice cream and slushies. This is a Dining for Dollars fundraiser, so a portion of sales will be donated back to the PTA! We hope you will enjoy a cold treat at the Laurelwood lunch tables—please refrain from taking any ice cream into the classrooms or school buildings. Thank you for supporting the PTA!
