We are a 501c3 charitable organization. Your support helps us to be able to say yes to more animals in need and also to provide support for other rescues and shelters and others in our community. We rescue kittens, cats and other critters that are in need here in the SF Bay Area and beyond. SCRITCH also provides assistance to community members in need when we have the resources. Lando is a friendly, playful little guy with a purr motor that never seems to quit! He loves everyone, loves food, and thinks everything is a toy, including his much bigger foster brother. He’ll keep you entertained with his zoomies, wrestling matches, and kitten antics, then crash in your lap for some serious cuddles and purring. Lando is sweet, funny, affectionate, and full of love.

Lando is the worlds friendliest kitten with the loudest purr motor! He loves everyone he meets and is always on the go (everything is a toy). He scatters, chases, hunts, and even takes on his much bigger foster brother (and usually wins!).

He'll keep you entertained for hours, until his little battery runs out. Then all he wants is to cuddle with you and purr like crazy. He's a playful, mischievous little guy with a whole lot of love to give.

Behind the scenes!! When kittens clear of ringworm, we do what is called a "clean break". A complete sanitization of the area, while the kittens simultaneously get a warm sulfur dip. These lovely boys will be up for adoption shortly!! After being neutered while sick by the local shelter, they also caught ringworm at their incision sites. We pulled them into our care and took the time they needed to get them healthy. Ringworm is easily treated, and not a death sentence!!

Its been so busy, we have gotten behind in announcing some adoptions!! Long timer Calisto got adopted along with his BFF fluffy Luke. Leia and Dr Santos went home with wonderful new families too. We are so happy for these patient kittens and wish them all the best. Thank you to Nabi Cat Cafe 나비 고양이 카페 for providing them with the opportunity to meet their families.

We missed Wish List Wednesday, so how about "Things We Need Thursday"? Together with Kitten Rescue 101 we support the kittens waiting for adoption at the Nabi Cat Cafe. During their stay, we continue to provide food and enrichment until they find their forever families. Please consider sending an item if you would like to support our mission, thank you so much!! And-as always-spay and neuter EVERYTHING to try to stem the population explosion.
