ROAR NC A completely foster based rescue, registered in Harnett County (with fosters in Wake, Lee etc)

ROAR provides a foster based environment for dogs needing homes here in NC. This includes those needing medical care, behavioral training, hospice care and/or rehabilitative services. We are a 501c3, non-profit that relies solely on monetary/material donations for our funding. Our dogs remain with us until adoption and we stay committed to them throughout their entire life, including taking them back into the rescue if their family situation changes. They are family to us and we vow that they will never be abandoned again.

Meet Siouxsie. ❤️

She should be growing up in a home of her own, making memories with her family, curling up beside her favorite person, and discovering all the wonderful things life has to offer.

Instead, she’s still waiting for her turn.

Siouxsie is a sweet, playful, affectionate puppy who loves people and gets along with other dogs. She has so much love to give and a whole lifetime of memories waiting to be made.

💔 We keep sharing her face, hoping the right person will see her and fall in love. Hoping someone will look at Siouxsie and think, “That’s my girl. I’m bringing her home.”

Siouxsie foster family has travel and family coming up, so we need to place her with a new foster ASAP!!!! She is currently adoptable. She is cuddly, sweet, loving, loves other dogs especially ones that match energy. She is a typical 4 month old puppy.

Meet Siouxsie. 💕

You’ve probably seen this sweet face on our page before. We’ve shared her silly adventures, her puppy shenanigans, her adorable photos, and her search for a foster home.

But there’s ONE post we’ve been waiting to share…

HER ADOPTION ANNOUNCEMENT! 🥹❤️

Unfortunately, we haven’t gotten to make that post yet.

At 16 weeks old, Siouxsie is growing up right before our eyes, and we can’t help but wonder why this precious girl hasn’t found her forever family.

She’s got SO much love to give and a personality that will keep you smiling every single day!

🐾 Dog-friendly? YES! She loves other dogs!

💕 People person? Absolutely! She adores attention and affection!

😂 Personality? Full of puppy mischief, curiosity, and endless entertainment!

🏡 Training? She’s learning her house and crate manners and is eager to please!

🥰 Cuddle buddy? You better believe it!

Siouxsie doesn’t care how big your house is, what kind of car you drive, or whether you have the fanciest dog toys.

She just wants someone to choose HER. ❤️

Someone to teach her new things, take her on adventures, let her curl up beside them, and love her through every stage of life.

She’s ready to be someone’s best friend. Someone’s adventure buddy. Someone’s whole world.

And we know her person is out there. We just need to find them. 🥹

Sweet Siouxsie has a BIG personality, an even BIGGER heart, and one little wish… a loving foster home! 🏡🥹

At just 16 weeks old, Siouxsie is growing up right before our eyes, and we would love nothing more than for her to spend these important puppy days surrounded by love, patience, and stability.

🐶 She LOVES people and other dogs!

💕 She’s playful, curious, affectionate, and full of puppy shenanigans!

🏡 She’s learning her house and crate manners and is eager to learn!

Sweet little Siouxsie is just 4 months old, a precious Pit Mix who should be spending her days playing with toys, learning about the world, and snuggling with her people… not waiting for someone to choose her. 🥺💗

Right now, she needs a foster — or even better, a FOSTER-TO-ADOPT home! 🏡🐾

Siouxsie does have a UTI, but please don’t let that scare you away. ❤️ We’re already treating it, and her rescue will cover her next vet check-up to make sure she’s feeling her very best.

She just needs someone willing to say, “I’ll give this little girl a chance.”

Imagine what that could mean to a 4-month-old puppy.
A warm bed.
A safe place.
Someone to love her.
Someone who won’t give up on her. 🥹❤️

Could you open your home to a sweet puppy for a little while? 🏡

Our girl Siouxsie is looking for a new foster home, and she would love a place to land while she continues waiting for her forever family.

Siouxsie is 13 weeks old and everything you’d expect from a puppy—playful, curious, affectionate, and full of silly puppy shenanigans. 😂🐶 She loves people AND other dogs, and after she’s finished playing and exploring, she’s happy to settle in for some love. 💕

She’s currently learning house and crate manners and is eager to learn! At her young age, she’s ready to settle into your routine and continue becoming the amazing dog we know she’ll be.

💜 Even fostering for a short time can make a HUGE difference. Giving Siouxsie a safe, loving place to stay helps ROAR continue saying “YES” to dogs who need us.
