Last night, we stood together in remembrance.

To every person who attended our Memorial Day Candlelight Vigil honoring Susie, Tyler, and Miles thank you.

Thank you for taking time out of your lives to stand beside us. Thank you for the hugs, the tears, the prayers, the stories, the support, and for helping us fill a difficult night with so much love and light.

Two years ago, our worlds changed forever. There are no words that can ever undo that loss or fill the space left behind. But last night reminded us of something powerful: love continues, memories continue, and people continue showing up.

Seeing our community gathered together -family, friends, healthcare workers, advocates, and supporters — was a reminder that Susie, Tyler, and Miles continue to impact lives far beyond what any of us could have imagined.

When Nurses Against Drunk Driving (NADD) was founded in their honor, we made a promise that their names would not end that day. Last night, every candle lit, every embrace shared, and every person standing beside us was proof that promise is still alive.

We will continue to remember.

We will continue to advocate.

We will continue to fight for them and for every victim and family affected by impaired driving.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with us.

Susie. Tyler. Miles.

Forever remembered. Forever loved.

🕯️It has been 2 years.🕯️

24 months.
104 weeks.
730 days.
17,520 hours.
1,051,200 minutes.

Two years since the day that turned our worlds upside down.

Two years since we saw Susie Q’s radiant smile light up a room just by walking in. Two years since hearing her laugh, seeing the kindness she carried so naturally, and witnessing the love she poured into everyone around her.

Susie was never “just another person.” She was a mother. A wife. A daughter. A friend. The kind of nurse every patient deserves and every coworker hopes to have beside them. She had a way of making people feel important, cared for, and seen.

Tyler was a husband, a father, a son, a brother, and a friend to many. He was someone deeply loved and someone whose greatest joy was his family. He should still be here making memories, sharing laughs, and living the life he deserved.

Sweet Miles was full of wonder and joy. He loved everyone. He made friends everywhere he went. He adored his dog Boomer and had a lifetime of adventures, milestones, and memories still waiting for him.

They should still be here.

On Memorial Day 2024, Susie, Tyler, and Miles were tragically taken from us by an impaired driver. A completely preventable decision forever changed countless lives.

That day, something else happened too.

We made a promise.

We promised that their names would not end on that road. We promised that Susie, Tyler, and Miles would continue to be spoken, remembered, honored, and fought for. We promised that we would do everything in our power to stand up for victims of impaired driving and for the families left behind to carry unimaginable grief.

Out of heartbreak, Nurses Against Drunk Driving (NADD) was founded in their honor.

Not because anything could ever replace what was lost.

Not because advocacy takes away pain.

But because no family should ever have to sit at an empty dinner table because someone made the choice to drive impaired.

No child should lose a parent.

No parent should lose a child.

No husband or wife should lose the person they planned a lifetime with.

No one deserves this.

Two years later, our hearts still break, but our promise remains unchanged.

We will continue to speak their names.
We will continue to fight.
We will continue to remember.

Susie. Tyler. Miles.

Forever remembered. Forever loved.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Vigil Tonight 🕯️

Tonight at 7:30 PM, we will gather at the corner of US-70 and New Rand Rd, the place where Susie, Tyler, and Miles Campbell tragically lost their lives.

As we honor our fallen heroes this Memorial Day, we also remember a family whose lives were taken far too soon by impaired driving. Their memory continues to fuel our mission to end drunk driving and protect other families from experiencing the same heartbreak.

Rain is in the forecast, but the vigil will still go on. Please bring an umbrella or rain jacket and join us in remembrance, reflection, and community.

❤️ In remembrance of Susie, Tyler, and Miles Campbell.

🇺🇸🚔 Memorial Day Weekend is here, a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. As we gather with family and friends, attend cookouts, travel, and celebrate, let’s also remember the responsibility we all share to keep our roads safe.

At Nurses Against Drunk Driving we see firsthand the devastating impact impaired driving has on individuals, families, and entire communities. One decision can change countless lives forever.

This weekend:

✅ Plan a sober ride
✅ Use Uber/Lyft or designate a driver
✅ Speak up if someone is attempting to drive impaired
✅ Check on your loved ones and help them get home safely

Let’s honor those we’ve lost by protecting the lives still here with us. No celebration is worth a tragedy.

Have a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend. ❤️🤍💙

Memories do not disappear with time.

Two years later, there are still empty seats at tables. Birthdays missed. Holidays that look different. Moments that should have been shared.

Susie, Tyler, and Miles continue to be loved, remembered, and deeply missed by everyone whose lives they touched.

As Memorial Day approaches, we invite our community to join us in honoring their lives and standing together in remembrance.

Some dates change your life forever.

Two years ago on Memorial Day, time stood still for so many people who loved Susie Campbell, Tyler Campbell, and little Miles. Three beautiful lives. Three futures. Three hearts that left an imprint on everyone who knew them.

On Memorial Day 2024, their lives were tragically taken by an impaired driver. They were never just names in a headline or numbers in a statistic. Susie was a loving mother and wife. Tyler was a devoted husband and father. Miles was a little boy with a lifetime of memories still waiting to be made. They were deeply loved, and they are deeply missed.

Out of unimaginable loss, Nurses Against Drunk Driving (NADD) was born — founded in their memory with a promise that their names would continue to create change and that we would fight for a world where fewer families endure this pain.

As we approach the 2-year anniversary of their passing, we invite our community, friends, family, healthcare workers, and advocates to join us for a Candlelight Vigil as we honor and celebrate the lives of Susie, Tyler, and Miles.

🎓 To the Graduating Class of 2026. This Message Matters

Prom season and graduation should be some of the best moments of your life not the last.
Every year, families are changed forever because of one decision: drinking and driving. It doesn’t matter how smart you are, how responsible you usually are, or how confident you feel, you cannot outthink alcohol. Once it’s involved, judgment is gone.

🚫 Don’t drink and drive
🚫 Don’t get in a car with someone who has been drinking
📞 Call for a ride, speak up, do whatever it takes

One choice can cost everything your future, someone else’s life, and the people who love you most.

You’ve worked too hard to get here. Make it to graduation. Make it to your future.
💙 Be the one who leads
💙 Be the one who makes the right call
Stay safe. Choose life.
