The Father Paul Foulon Scholarship Foundation aims to inspire, encourage and provide full scholarships for a four-year quality Catholic high school education at St. Andrew's School for the motivated and academically gifted but under-privileged public elementary school graduates of our beloved City of Paranaque. th the less fortunate of our community, that quality Catholic education is essential to help transform the lives of our Paranaque youth, to help nurture and steer their paths to become productive citizens and future leaders of our City. To those who share this vision, the Foundation offers opportunities to participate in its realization through financial and in-kind support and volunteerism, and aims to lead a collaborative network of SAS and SPCP Alumni, concerned citizens of Paranaque and other educational and corporate sponsors and partners.
