We’re grateful to be part of the Power 2 Prosper Faith-Based Community Leadership Institute and to learn alongside leaders who care deeply about the wellbeing of Hays County.

Strong communities are built through relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to finding solutions together. We’re thankful for the opportunity to strengthen those partnerships and bring what we’re learning back into the work of Breaking Bread Outreach Ministries.

Thank you to Power 2 Prosper Community Development Corporation, Hays County, and all of the community partners investing in stronger local leadership! 👏

🤝 Building stronger leaders and a stronger Hays County!

The Hays County Commissioners Court is proud to recognize the Power 2 Prosper Faith-Based Community Leadership Institute for bringing together local leaders and organizations to strengthen partnerships and develop solutions that help our communities thrive.

We extend our appreciation to Power 2 Prosper, the Institute’s participants, faculty, volunteers and community partners for their commitment to building a healthier, more resilient and prosperous Hays County. 👏

💙 Volunteers Needed!

Breaking Bread Outreach Ministries is looking for dependable volunteers to help with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our Stability Support Program running.

We need help with:

📋 Administrative Support – organizing forms and program information
💻 Data Entry – keeping participant records accurate and updated
🤝 Client Coordination – assisting with follow-ups, scheduling, resources, and next steps

We're looking for people who are organized, compassionate, comfortable with technology, and able to handle confidential information responsibly. Training and guidance are provided.

You don't have to be a social worker to make a difference. Sometimes supporting a family means making sure the follow-up happens and the next connection gets made. 💙

Interested? Send us a message or email [email protected] to learn more.
