The Texas State Rotaract Club meets approximately every two weeks in the LBJ Student Center at Texas State University. Rotaract is a partner organization of Rotary for 18-30 year olds. Like Rotary they do service projects to benefit the community, often assisting Rotary with local projects. Here is the TxSt Rotaract schedule of meetings this fall:

Akerra Jackson, the President has secured the meeting rooms for the fall semester, with most being held in the same room except for the first and last meeting. Their general meetings will be every other Wednesday at 5:15 pm

All Texas State students are welcome in Rotaract. San Marcos Rotarians are also invited to attend Rotaract meetings.

Twenty-two Rotarians sporting Rotary apparel helped staff a Rotary booth and circulate around the event at the annual San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce Business Showcase on August 19. There were more than 100 vendors and a huge crowd of attendees. Rotary was glad to be part of it. Rotary Club of San Marcos TX
