Huge congratulations to our Spokane Chapter (ultrabudsspokane) on officially celebrating ONE YEAR! Thank you to everyone who has shown up, welcomed new faces, shared the trails, and helped make this chapter what it is today. 💙

This Saturday we’re meeting at the Hodgee Statue and heading southwest along the classic Bing Crosby route before turning around and cruising back.

Expect good trails, good conversations, and the kind of miles that remind you why you fell in love with trail running in the first place.

San Diego Ultrabuds is about showing up for the run and sticking around for the friendships, laughs, encouragement, and support that come with it.

Some days we chase miles. Some days we take it easy. Some days we spend more time talking than running. 😂 Either way, no one has to do it alone.

Come for the trails. Stay for the people.

Team Spokane (ultrabudsspokane) got their miles in last weekend running the Saltese Flats followed by coffee and run chat after.

It’s been a difficult last couple of weeks for our Spokane family with the devastating fires and bad AQ. We are happy to see them out there again doing what they love. ❤️

This Saturday join the Ultrabuds for a fun morning of easy miles, good conversation, and a route that’s just enough to wake up your legs without ruining the rest of your weekend.

There may be a few creek crossings, there will definitely be plenty of laughs, and someone is almost guaranteed to say, “I thought this was supposed to be flat.”

All paces are welcome, but we do recommend that you can comfortably run/hike a 5k. 😊 Our run leaders will split everyone into pace groups so you can enjoy the miles with others. Bring a friend and come start your Saturday with us. 🤙

The Ultrabuds crew showed up big last weekend! 🙌

Led by Lori, aka “Hillzilla,” the group took on a brand new route through Copper Canyon with plenty of miles, hills, laughs, and a pretty solid sunrise to start the day.

That’s what Ultrabuds is all about. Exploring new trails, meeting good people, and having a crew to share the miles with. No matter your pace or experience, there’s a spot for you here.

It’s LOCOTILLO WEEK! 🔥

Our favorite community event, founded by El Padrino Daniel Smith is this weekend! We can’t wait to spend some desert miles with our favorite trail cousins from all over San Diego. Temps will be HIGH, sand will be everywhere, vibes will be strong.

This is a free backyard trail race, keyword backyard. Come prepared for HEAT, bring your own fuel and hydration, don’t expect an official route or timing chip. This is not a road race. 😜

Please make a donation to the event by contacting Erica Bass. We are still in need of water, ice, pickle juice, ginger ale, and salt pills. Bring cash to buy a beverage at the Lazy Lizard post-race to support our locals. ❤️

Remember to pack in and pack out! Don’t leave any trash behind, whether it is yours or someone else’s. Be kind to your fellow runners, help out anyone on course and most importantly let’s all HAVE FUN!

Saturday plans? We’ve got ’em. Meet the Ultrabuds at 7:00am on the west side of Penasquitos Canyon for some trail miles, good company, and the perfect way to start your weekend.

All paces are welcome! We do recommend you’re comfortable running or hiking at least a 5k. Our run leaders will split into pace groups so everyone has a crew to run with.

Bring a friend, lace up your trail shoes, and we’ll see you Saturday.

Huge congratulations to our Ultrabuds who took on the Tahoe Rim Trail Endurance Runs this weekend! 🏔️🔥

Run Leader Scott conquered the 100 miler, Claudia crushed a brand new distance PR in the 100K, and Sammy embraced the challenge of the spicy 50K. Every finish line tells a different story, but they all started with the same decision to show up and see what was possible.

One of our favorite things to see is Ultrabuds from different chapters coming together at the same race. Different hometowns. Different goals. One incredible community cheering each other on from the first mile to the finish.

This is what Ultrabuds is all about. Big goals, unforgettable adventures, and friends you’ll find on trails all over the country.

Congratulations, Scott, Claudia, and Sammy! We can’t wait to see what’s next.
