🟦 June is Men’s Mental Health Month
And for young men experiencing homelessness, mental health isn’t a side conversation — it’s part of their daily survival.

Every day, young men in our community navigate impossible pressures:
the weight of stigma, the expectation to “stay strong,” the fear of asking for help, and the instability of not knowing where they’ll sleep tonight.

When you’re fighting to meet basic needs, it becomes even harder to talk about anxiety, depression, trauma, or the loneliness that comes with being unseen.

But here’s the truth:
Young men deserve safety.
They deserve support.
They deserve space to heal.

This month, we honor their resilience — and we commit to building a Bay Area where young men don’t have to choose between survival and mental wellbeing.
