Food insecurity breaks focus, steals energy, and makes every day harder than it should be.

For youth experiencing homelessness, having food isn’t guaranteed — and that’s why BASE shows up.

We provide food gift cards, snacks for school or work, and anything that helps ease the struggle of simply having something to eat.

When you hear that month after month, it breaks you.
Paperwork. Updates. Appointments.

🍎Back to school should mean fresh notebooks, new goals, and a clean start.
But for youth experiencing homelessness, it often means juggling everything at once — classes, work shifts, food insecurity, transportation, and the constant stress of not knowing where they’ll sleep at night.

At BASE, we meet young people right where they are.
We make sure they have access to meals, school supplies, safe spaces, and the support needed to stay focused — not overwhelmed.

⚡Because no student should have to choose between school and survival.
