Our Executive Director, Richard Wong, is heading to Havana, Cuba, to represent Smart City CA USA at a critical international summit on cooperatives!

Richard will be participating in the 9-day Human Agenda Emulation Tour (Nov 15-23, 2025), co-sponsored by the U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives. The trip's highlight is the III International Symposium of Cooperatives at the University of Havana. This is more than a trip—it's a mission to bring back 10 Best Practices in Cooperatives that drive social and economic good.

Richard will be bringing our vision and findings to dialogues on:

🌐 The Cuban economy and its relationship with the U.S.

🧠 Education, health, race, and mass participation in decision-making.

🏭 Lessons learned from worker-owned industrial, service, and agricultural cooperatives.

Our world is undeniably at a pivotal moment. We're witnessing profound transformations, not just in our visible reality but in the deeper, unseen layers of energy and consciousness that shape it.

Recently, many experienced the unsettling reality of power grids collapsing, plunging cities into darkness. While it felt like chaos, what if this disruption was actually the start of something far more profound?

From a spiritual perspective, Earth is a living, breathing entity, and these widespread outages are more than glitches. They represent energetic releases – a planetary reset, exhaling dense energy accumulated from fear, disconnection, and over-reliance on artificial control. This global blackout created a void, inviting a new, higher vibration of renewal and awakening.

This brings us to a powerful truth: Human consciousness doesn't create through sheer effort, but through frequency. True manifestation isn't about simply asking or listing wants; it's about aligning your personal energy with the vibrational fields of your surroundings. Our external life directly reflects the frequencies we unconsciously emit.

The electrical grid mirrors the invisible web of human consciousness. As the frequency of human consciousness rises, our physical systems, built for a different era, struggle to contain this new, higher vibration. These disruptions are pressure points, cracks in the old structure.
