Worried about losing your housing in Santa Clara County? You’re not alone.

⏰ Monday-Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

Our team is ready to help you in real time whenever possible, or we’ll return your call within 4 business hours. The sooner we connect, the better chance we have to prevent eviction.

Here’s what to expect when you call:
1️⃣ We’ll check if you qualify for the Homelessness Prevention System (HPS) and connect you directly if you do.
2️⃣ If you’re not eligible, our intake team will collect your information so a case worker can link you with rental assistance programs that fit your needs.
3️⃣ If other programs can’t help, we’ll place you on our HavenSafe waitlist for direct support.

While you wait, our team can contact your landlord to help ease tensions and reduce the risk of an eviction filing.
