Ecstatic Dance San Jose Meets 2nd and Last Friday 8pm-10pm. First Unitarian Church of San Jose. There are no steps to learn, just let the music move you. Dance alone or with others.

Ecstatic Dance is a two hour healing journey with a live DJ in a non judgmental, safe, heart-centered space. No booze, no talking on the dance floor. We finish with a closing community circle.

08/05/2026

Tonight we gather to move, breathe, and remember what lives in the body.
A space for presence, expression, and community — no pressure, just dance.
Come as you are and let the music meet you where you are.

When did you last feel truly free?
Not performing for anyone. Not holding back.
Just your body moving through sound, through space, through something bigger than the week you just survived.
This is that place. And it opens again this Friday.

Save this as your reminder and bring someone who's ready for a real reset.

A place where you can move freely, disconnect from everything else, and just be in your body.

No pressure. No expectations. Just music, energy, and community.
