Heart to Art Collective

Heart to Art Collective Helping women heal emotionally, grow in faith, and express their creativity through biblical truth, mental wellness, and the arts.

Take a deep breath… and let this truth settle in your heart:

God is faithful in the steady seasons and the uncertain ones. In the moments you feel strong and the ones you don’t.

His love has not changed. His mercy has not run out. And today is another fresh reminder that He is still with you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to trust Him. You can simply rest in His faithfulness, one moment at a time.

💛 His mercies are new every morning.

Sometimes faith doesn’t feel loud. Sometimes it sounds like this.

These were words I whispered to myself in a season when I couldn’t see a way out.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in the dark, this is for you.

(I Know the Morning Will Come: Part 1)

I had such a lovely time with the women at yesterday’s Creative Expressions workshop.

Together, we reflected on hope and what it means to receive God’s joy and peace in our own lives, and then share that encouragement with others through art.

It was beautiful to see each person engage with the prompt in their own unique way and create something meaningful from their reflections.

I’m especially excited that these art pieces will be donated through and shared with children in hospitals. What a gift to know that words of hope, joy, and encouragement can reach someone who may need them most.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning so special. 💗+🎨=😊

As May comes to a close, it's a good moment to pause and reflect.

This month, we talked about Joy in the Journey and creating more good days together.

Looking back over the month, did you experience any good moments along the way?

Even small ones count.

What does a good day actually look like?

This month’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Month is More Good Days, Together.

Good days don’t have to be perfect days. Sometimes a good day simply means feeling a little more supported or hopeful than the day before. And often we experience more of those days when we have community around us.

There were seasons when joy felt far away. Over time, a few things helped me begin to find it again:

💖 Faith
💖 Creative Expression
💖 Supportive People
💖 Learning to give myself grace.

Healing rarely happens overnight, but little by little, things can begin to change.

Creating space for creativity can open the door to reflection, connection, and healing.

It’s always meaningful to see what happens when people give themselves permission to create.

Nehemiah 8:10 reminds us: “The joy of the Lord is your strength.”

Joy isn’t about pretending everything is perfect.
It’s about finding strength as we continue on the journey.

People sometimes ask how Heart to Art Collective began.

The short answer is: it grew out of my own journey.

Creative expression helped me process emotions and reflect on faith in ways I hadn’t experienced before.

That’s why I care about creating spaces where people can explore creativity as part of their healing journey.
