Wadvi.org (Women against
Domestic Violence).
The organization's primary goal is to provide awareness of the growing epidemic affecting women and children throughout the United States. Women, in the vast majority, are the primary caregivers. The current travesty is that loving nurturing mothers are losing custody in alarming numbers. The current legal system is not supporting the mother's and children's sacred union. The current family courts modus operandi will shock you when you read the published articles on our website. When children are separated from their mothers this has long-lasting effects; creates lifelong trauma, substance abuse, and in some cases, they perpetuate the cycle of abuse. In turn, this impacts all of society. In most cases, there is a lengthy separation which allows narcissistic and abusive fathers to strange children from mothers. In many cases, abusive fathers are given full custody even after substantiation or conviction of violence and abuse towards the mother and or children. Per the study done by Joan Meyer, professor of law at George Washington University and founder of DV Leap, approximately 59,000 children are lost to undeserving fathers every year. Will it surprise you to find out this trend is not new? The divorce industry is not protecting mothers and children from abusive narcissistic fathers and the trend upward is startling. I encourage you to browse our site and share it as it has valuable information. We will have weekly informational classes from experts in the field, attorneys, counselors, and much more. With knowledge as a tool, the preparation and protection of women and children's rights will help future victims. Please help us by distributing contact. Please donate. Thank you for your support.
