Thank you to all the families who joined us for our English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) meeting! 💙

Why do ELAC meetings matter?

ELAC gives our multilingual families a direct voice in shaping school programs, advising leadership on support services for English Learners, and ensuring our students have the resources they need to thrive both academically and socially.

How we support our families:

Language Access: Meetings are accessible in our community's primary languages so every person can participate comfortably.

Direct Communication: Get clear updates on academic programs, and school initiatives.

Community & Advocacy: Connect with other families, ask questions, and share input on school funding and student support programs.

Missed this session? We’d still love your voice at the table! Next ELAC meeting is December 1st.

RLS Back to School Night was full of energy and connection! ⚡✨

From parents meeting our dedicated teachers to hearing about this year’s curriculum, social-emotional learning, and homework routines, the support for our students was everywhere.

We loved seeing families walk the halls, admire student artwork, find those desk nameplates, and explore classrooms filled with cozy seating and rich learning materials. 🎨📚🪑
