PUSH Dance Company is accepting applications for PUSHLab 2026, an immersive performance workshop in San Francisco.
Selected participants receive:

Access to professional choreography and performances
Scholarship and payment plan options
A performance slot at PUSHfest 2026

Two candidates will be selected for a paid PUSH Apprenticeship, which includes:

Full scholarship to PUSHLab
Company rehearsals at The Sanctuary
Multiple performance opportunities at PUSHfest

PUSHLab is open to dancers 18 and older, beginner through professional, with at least three years of dance experience.

Scholarship Audition: Saturday, July 11, 2:00 to 3:30pm
Workshop Dates: Starting August 8

Leave your computer behind. Each Friday morning, we gather for an hour of movement and mindfulness — no experience necessary, no set price of admission. Led by instructor DeWayne Washington, our weekly community class brings a fresh perspective and a new flow at the newly designed Sanctuary. All levels are welcome.

April 24–30, The Sanctuary (447 Minna St, SF) is open all week long with free classes and events led by our Sanctuary Teachers and Resident Artists. Vinyasa Yoga, Modern Dance, Hip Hop, Gyrokinesis, Open Rehearsals, Youth Samplers, and more — all levels welcome, no cost to attend.
