Promenade construction starts soon!
During construction, the promenade (east side of the peaks) will be closed. To re-open in totally new form!

Join Rec and Park for a groundbreaking ceremony for the Twin Peaks Promenade on Wednesday, April 29 from 2 to 3 p.m. at the parking lot between the two peaks (501 Twin Peaks Boulevard). The project will transform the permanently closed eastern portion of Twin Peaks Boulevard into a new linear park with parallel trails, including an accessible multi-use path and a softer trail for walkers and joggers, along with scenic overlooks, connections to the regional trail network, and more. The event will feature remarks followed by a ceremonial groundbreaking. For more information about the project, click here: https://tinyurl.com/yeypwa2z

The Sherwood Road Trail is closed for construction at the Laguna Honda Community Trail System for the next week or so.
Many alternative routes.

A good option for the Crosstown Trail is:

Southbound: stay on Clarendon K**b Trail down to the bottom, head up Victory Trail to the next kiosk, turn right and right down the steps to Forest Hill Muni.

Northbound: at the kiosk, go left instead of right, follow the Victory Trail down and then Clarendon K**b Trail up, continue on to Steep Ravine trail.

We're excited to share that the Marview Trail restoration project is now complete! The work improves the connection from Marview Way to the Twin Peaks Boulevard Promenade and makes the trail safer and more accessible. Updates include a smoother and more natural trail alignment, new split-rail fencing, better drainage to reduce flooding and erosion, and restoration of nearby areas. Thank you to Supervisor Myrna Melgar 梅義加 District 7 Supervisor for making this project possible!
