Hey friends. Extending an invitation to a very special evening at The Exploratorium to watch our documentary and roam the museum after dark. Info below. We will be there ;)
What does climate change sound like?
Join us for a special screening of our award winning documentary "The Last of the Nightingales" followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.
This is the story of natural soundscapes and the man who beckons us to urgently listen. From Arctic ice sheets, to viruses, to birdsong in a forest: acoustic signatures populate the world, if only we pay attention. And if you listen, a soundscape can reveal a wealth of information within a matter of minutes, that a picture alone can never provide.
So come turn on, tune in (to the voice of our living planet), and drop out, to help cultivate a deeper understanding of the living world around us and how we can help restore it through sound.
Presented by Exploratorium After Dark.
Thursday, Sep 19th.
Doors open at 6pm.
Screening at 8pm
